If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We back every sale with a 30-day money back guarantee. You can return your product for store credit, the same product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, or would like to issue and return/exchange, please contact us including a photo of the damaged item, and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
